The Generation IV Referral Group, LLC was born out of necessity due to the current fluctuation in the economic enviornment. In the real estate business, you become a good listener and what we were hearing from some of our fellow real estate associates was that it was getting harder and harder to keep up with the current fees that one is required to pay to keep a license in a designated "Realtor's" office along with MLS fees. So, we decided to create a "holding company" called Generation IV Referral Group, LLC for all those agents that would like to put these fees on hold while still being able to collect a commission, this may be for you.

However, some things do change when you become a "referral agent". You can only refer a prospective client lead to an active Realtor agent to perform any and all real estate transactions. You may not give a CMA, take a listing, hold an Open House, or give out your former business cards. You can only do exactly what the title implies, just "refer" a prospective client to an active agent. And you can do this with any Real Estate company of your choice. When the sale or purchase goes through, you will be entitled to receive a referral commission from that sale, 10 days after closing. At anytime in the future, you may request that your license be returned to a realtor's office, at which time you will become an "Active" agent again.

The only expense to you is $50.00 (paid $100.00 every 2 years) to renew your license with the Real Estate commission. They charge these one time fees up front and they are as follows: If you are a new salesperson its $160.00, if you are transferring your license to us from another company they charge $25.00, brokers are $250.00. If your license is currently expired they will charge $150.00 and if you are a New Broker the fee would be $270.00. These are one time charges and they do not accept personal checks. Make all checks payable to Generation IV Referral Group LLC. and we will pay it with a broker's check. Generation IV Referral Group LLC. has reduced our yearly membership fee to $75.00.
